Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

This Return, Exchange and Refund Policy has been created to ensure transparency, protect our production process, and align expectations between our store and our customers.

By placing an order on our store, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agreed to the terms below.


1. Customized Products (NO Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds)

All customized products, including but not limited to:

  • Customized T-shirts (DTF, sublimation, screen printing, or similar)

  • Customized uniforms

  • Customized decals and stickers

  • Custom-sized or made-to-order printed materials

  • Any item produced according to artwork, measurements, colors, text, or specifications approved by the customer

ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Refunds

This is because these products are manufactured exclusively for each customer and cannot be resold.

⚠️ Important: The customer is fully responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, text, sizes, colors, spelling, and specifications before final production approval.


2. Production Errors (Store Responsibility)

The store will assume responsibility only in cases of proven production errors, such as:

  • Printing defects

  • Product delivered different from the approved artwork

  • Customization errors caused by our team

In such cases:

  • The customer must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the product

  • Photos and/or videos clearly showing the issue will be required

  • After review, the store may choose to:

    • Reproduce the product at no additional cost, or

    • Issue store credit

📌 Cash or card refunds do not apply, even in cases of error, unless required by law.


3. Non-Customized Products

Products that are not customized may be eligible for return or exchange provided that:

  • They have not been used

  • They are in perfect condition

  • They are returned in the original packaging

Requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receipt, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of verified defects.


4. Order Cancellations

  • Customized orders cannot be canceled once production has started

  • If cancellation is requested before production begins, the store reserves the right to charge administrative or design fees
